MCGS
MCGS is a talent management ecosystem that brings together recruitment, an employee benefits network in Australia and Colombia, verified service partners in Colombia for local and international companies that would rather outsource a specific service than build an internal team or open a subsidiary, and courses and masterclasses on talent and entrepreneurship, all coordinated by the same team. We handle the search, the verification and the coordination, so talent, teams and structure should not slow your operation down.
It is led by Mayron Carreno, Managing Director of MCGS: he holds a master's in Human and Organizational Development from EAFIT, is an HR Advisor with an assessment validated by VETASSESS in Australia, and has experience leading local and international teams. Each service is set up with clear terms from the start. Talent searches include a guarantee: if the person does not work out within 90 days, we replace them.
